Your Thoughts Are What Makes You Suffer

The world is a projection of your mind. If you think fearful thoughts,  the world becomes a nightmare. If you think good thoughts, the world is kind.

What thoughts do you choose today?

Today, try to notice where your mind goes with thoughts. Whenever you notice a negative thought, be it fear, anger, judgment or whatever, don’t judge it. Just try to choose a positive thought instead.

Keep it really simple and project good thoughts, whatever that means for you.

Continue to project thoughts of goodness and kindness, and notice how fear starts to melt away.

Tip: Repeat this quote each day for 30 days to reprogram your subconsciousness.
